Keith Rocha

Keith Rocha

Owner
Keith founded the agency in 2014. He and his wife, Becca, are the proud parents of five children – Kate, K.J., James, Lucas and Ellie. Keith is a native Chicagoan, and loves all things Windy City, particularly Cubs baseball and deep-dish pizza.

Civic Involvement: Member, Red Bank Baptist Church.

Fun Fact: Keith loves to dominate the local basketball courts. He’s the rare big guy who can also extend his range and shoot the long ball.
Jack Smith

Jack Smith

Account Executive
Jack joined the team in 2017 as an Account Executive, focusing both on personal and commercial lines. Jack is a native Chattanoogan, and graduated from Gordon Lee High School and the University of Georgia. He and his wife Alli live in Chickamauga with their dog, George. Jack enjoys playing basketball, fishing, and a good cup of coffee.

Civic Involvement: Chaplain, Gordon Lee High School football team; Member, Shiloh Baptist Church.

Fun Fact: Jack is a lost soul in Northwest Georgia. Though he lives in Bulldog country, he actively supports the Tennessee Vols.

Brianna Gifford

Personal Lines Account Executive
Bri joined the team in 2020 as the Administrative Assistant. Although Bri is originally from Nashville, she spent four years in Chicago during her college years. She and her husband Tyler moved to Chattanooga because they love the combination of city life and nature here (plus they wanted to escape the northern winter!). Bri enjoys a good coffee shop, cooking, and card games; and is notorious for falling asleep during movies.

Fun Fact:: The furthest Bri ran before doing the Chicago marathon was 8 miles. She surprised herself at how good she felt afterwards—but vows to never run a marathon again!
Brandon Wooden

Brandon Wooden

Insurance Agent
Brandon joined the team in 2019 as an account executive with a hybrid role both as a producer on personal and commercial lines and also helps on the service side of the business. Brandon is from Chickamauga, GA, graduating from Gordon Lee High School and the University of Georgia. Brandon enjoys playing basketball, fishing, and HATES a good cup of coffee.

Fun Fact: Depending on the day, Brandon could be related to former UCLA basketball coach John Wooden
Adrian Felix

Adrian Felix

Administrative Assistant
Adrian joined the team in 2020 as the Administrative Assistant. He is from Chattanooga, graduating from the McCallie School, and spent four years studying economics at Princeton University. Adrian enjoys going to movie theaters, football, and a good scoop of Clumpies ice cream.

Fun Fact:: Adrian can be found having a dance party at any given moment.
Eliza Nottage

Eliza Nottage

Insurance Agent
Eliza joined the team in 2019 as the Office Manager. She has lived in Chattanooga for the last 6 years, which is where she met her husband Colin. They are both fortunate to have all of their siblings live in/around the Chattanooga area, so they get to spend a lot of time with family. When not spending time with friends and family, Eliza enjoys cooking, reading, and reality TV.

Fun Fact: Eliza's ancestors were cheese makers in Switzerland
